Verdoro communicated regularly, efficiently and effectively, prior to our arrival Their suggestions were constructive and helpful. All questions were answered promptly. Adjustments were readily made to our itinerary, owing to unforeseen circumstances. Our tour exceeded our expectations. We have had experiences which we will remember forever. Whilst in Uganda our guide has ensured we have arri ved at each destination safely and has shared extensive local knowledge. They have resolved any minor issues easily and supported us doing things outside their remit.

Patient during the planning stage and excellent guide during the safari.

During the planning stages Verdoro Safaris was very helpful with setting up the routes and activities during the safari. The guide we had was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife as well as general questions we had. When the weather was less than great there were alternatives provided from which we could choose. The accommodations they had us in were great and very close to the parks and activities. The vehicle was well maintained and comfortable. We were able to see almost everything that we wanted to see and the only misses were due to weather or just nature not cooperating. Would highly recommend.

Overall very good – but there is room for improvement

Overall very nice service from Helen Jessie and our driver Julius. They do their best to please their customers and are helpful. Preparation of the trip; nice communication but sometimes we had to ask for things that should come automatically like copies of the Chimpanzee and Gorilla Trecking (we still wait for them and our tour is over sind more than two weeks) or a final Travel-Document includin g them. We booked medium to higher class Lodges but if you do not tell them what you want exactly you will find also low budget hotels instead, because they think so it will be cheaper.

My overall experience of Verdoro Safaris is that they are knowledgeable and professional.

From day one, when we started enquiring about a safari and options available, the communication was great and responses were quick. Verdoro managed to put a personalised trip together at a very competitive rate. During the trip we were cared for in all respects and we always felt safe in the hands of our guide and driver.
