This journey will showcase the finest of Uganda’s holidays across various national parks such as Murchison Falls, Kibale National Park for chimpanzee trekking, Bwindi Gorilla National Park, Queen Elizabeth, and Lake Mburo, where you can partake in diverse activities like boat cruises, community walks, and game drives.
Upon arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide who will transfer you to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. This will prepare you for the upcoming days’ adventures and participation in all the activities mentioned below.
Your driver/guide will pick you from your location. After briefing you about the journey, you set off and drive northwest through the Luwero Triangle and arrive at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. On this 70 square kilometer woodland south of Kafu River, you will undertake a rhino tracking activity. This is one of the most exciting wildlife activities on offer anywhere in Uganda, not to worry, white rhinos are not generally aggressive to people. After this activity, you will drive to Kabalega resort for lunch and later continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Enter through Kichambanyobo or Tangi gate.
Embark on an early morning game drive, a scenic journey through the Borassus Palm Forest and the grassland savannah stretching down to Lake Albert, where the Albert Nile begins its northward flow. In the afternoon, take a boat trip up the Nile to Murchison Falls, from which the park gets its name. Witness the magnificent falls where the Nile forces its way through a narrow 7-meter gap, and observe the enormous Nile Crocodiles basking at the base. Optionally, you can ascend the cliffs to the top of the falls to discover a different perspective of this natural wonder.
Wake up on a heavy breakfast, depart for Kibale Forest National Park along the way you shall pass several tea plantations; having packed lunch en-route. Kibale Forest is the large protected block of rainforest, which has about 13 species of primates, such as Chimpanzees, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Red Tailed monkey and Red Colobus.
You will go for Chimp tracking and enjoy a wonderful forest experience of trekking. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity for a guided walk through Bigodi swamp. Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is managed by the Kibale Association for Rural and Environmental organization formed in 1992 with the aim of achieving social and economic development for local communities. This swamp is a home to approximately 137 bird species and it’s also rich in vegetation, such as wild palms, polita figs and the dominant papyrus.
You will wake up on a heavy breakfast drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will cross the Equator as well as have a chance to view quite a number of games as you enter the park with a evening game drive proceed to your lodge relax as u wait for dinner and overnight.
You will have an Early Morning Game Drive, and an afternoon boat ride on Kazinga channel. Queen Elizabeth boasts one of the highest bio diversity ratings of any game park or reserve in the world, from the open Savannah to rain Forest, dense Papyrus Swamps and Crater Lakes to the vastness of Lake Edward. Set against the park’s magnificent vistas include dozens of craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills, panoramic views of the Kazinga channel with its banks lined with hippos, buffalos and elephants.
After breakfast, you will move to the Ishasha sector of the Queen Elizabeth National Park which is famous for the tree-climbing lions lounging in the tree branches keeping a close eye on the herds of Uganda kob, their favourite prey. It is also home to many buffalo, elephant as well as the rare shoebill.
You will have lunch at one of the best Uganda wildlife safari lodges in this part of the park, and then drive south to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. En-route, you will see the great countryside and bamboo forest, and have great views of the scenic landscape characteristic of the western Rift Valley. You will arrive in the late afternoon and retire to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast you will go for Gorilla Trekking. Gorilla Trekking is a captivation and unforgettable experience which more than repays the effort needed to reach Bwindi and to trek through the forest. Gorilla trekking can last from a few hours to the whole day depending on where the gorillas where left the previous day. In the afternoon, take a village walk where you have an opportunity to visit a pygmy Community. Alternatively take a nature walk in the Forest (optional) and visit the amazing Muyaga waterfalls set in middle of this Tropical rain forest to view birds and primates along the Forest edge.
Proceed to Lake Mburo National Park that is located in extensively rich Acacia woodland. The National Park is made up of a mixture of habitants ranging from dry hillsides, rocky outcrops, bushy thickets, open wooded savannas to forest lakes and swamps. You will have a game drive on your way in.
Have a morning guided nature walk into the wild, return to the Hotel for a hearty breakfast. The Park is home to Elands, Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, Buffalos, Hippos, Oribi Reed bucks, Hyena, Leopards and few Lions. After lunch you will have a boat trip on Lake Mburo.

Set off for Kampala with a stopover at the equator where you will have an opportunity to stand in 2 hemispheres at the same time and take some photos.
You will arrive in Kampala in the late afternoon and either be transferred to the airport for your departure, or to the hotel of your booking.
